OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE. USING ANY PART OF THE
SOFTWARE INDICATES THAT YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS.

1. MidiTabPlayer-Fan is copyrighted software. All copyrights to MidiTabPlayer-Fan are
exclusively owned by Aleksander Radisavljevic and NotesAndFingers.com .

2. This software is provided "as is", WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY made as to its suitability
or fitness for any particular use. It may contain faulty code known as bugs so you use
this software application at your own risk. We take no responsilbity for any damages, data
loss, loss of profits or any other kind of loss that may unintentionally be caused through
the use of this software.

3. You can use MidiTabPlayer-Fan without charge for personal non commercial purposes
only. For other purposes the users should purchase and register the MidiTabPlayer-Member
variant of this software which has equivallent or improved functionality.

4.Transcribed song files and tabelature text files created by MidiTabPlayer-Fan is your
property and can be used at your own discretion.

5.The formating and encoding design for storing data in MidiTabPlayer-Fan generated files
(MTP files) is propriatory to NotesAndFingers.com and falls under our copyright.

(5.a) The MTP file formats are data file formats that are owned by solely by the copyright
holder, and specified and changed from time to time solely by Notes And Fingers.

(5.b) This MidiTabPlayer-Fan program, as distributed in this Original Distribution
Package and when properly used as designated solely by Notes And Fingers, is intended
to create data files in MTP file format(s) endorsed by Notes And Fingers at the time
this Original Distribution Package was first made publicly available by Notes and Fingers.
Notes and Fingers reserves the right to change any MTP file format at any time at
its sole discretion.

(5.c) You acknowledge and agree that it may become necessary to use software other than
this version of MidiTabPlayer-Fan to create files that may be referred to publicly by
you or others as "MTP" or "Midi Tab Player Document" files in the future.

(5.d) You are prohibited from creating software applications that read and write
MidiTabPlayer compatible files without written permission from the copyright holder.

6. You are prohibited from modifying, selling, leasing or assigning the MidiTabPlayer-Fan
or any portion of it.

7. You are also prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling,
deciphering, decrypting, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of the
MidiTabPlayer-Fan. You may not otherwise modify, alter, or port the MidiTabPlayer-Fan.

8. You can freely redistribute the installation package for the MidiTabPlayer-fan,
add it to any CD compilation or online software repository and give it to anyone except
for the following case. You are prohibited from redistributing or selling the MidiTabPlayer
as part of other commercial software product without written permission from the
copyright owner.

9. This license may not be removed or altered from any distribution.

Great application! I needed something simple for playing midis and eventually slowing the replay. The only drawback are occasional crashes.

Not what I was looking for. Expected to see a lead sheet.

- It was difficult when I first started up the program to know how it started. There was a 'cancel' button to press, but it took me a couple of minutes to discover that I needed to do that.
- The program has 'midi' in it's name, but 'midi'-files have to be 'Imported', not 'Opened'. Midi should be one of the native filetypes of this application.
- I haven't yet tried the suggested fingerings on the guitar yet. It looks nice. Maybe change the colour scheme though.

I just downloaded the free version to see if it was useful, but when I start it, I can't do anything. Every option is grey and I can't click on it.

I heard about this from a page that was for Macs, but apparently it is only for Windows. If you want to know the page I saw it, I'll try to re-discover it for you.

This piece of software wouldnt work under XP .runtime error and no help file in the directory.

Hello from costa rica. The MidiTabPlayer is a perfect tool. It helps me very much to learn playing e-guitar.

Just what I was looking for

I have been looking for just this kind of software for a long time. It met all my expectations. It converts MIDI to guitar tabs and is a great tool for learning how to play various tunes.

I aprechiate your taking time to review MidiTabPlayer. A few years ago when I decided to get back to playing guitar as a beginner player I relized it's so difficult to find fingering from score while tablatures lacked the sound clues I needed.
Please keep in mind that user can change the fingering by using the edit-tool and save his changes.
